Accelerate Drug Discovery
flow is a drug discovery lab using zebrafish located at St. Michael's Hospital - Unity Health Toronto. Its aims is to provide drug discovery services to institutions and private companies and disease models using zebrafish.
It includes over 30 reporter and transgenic zebrafish lines, a drug discovery platform, and a large zebrafish facility holding over 1,500 tanks.
flow is a drug discovery lab supporting drug discovery and research using zebrafish.
flow is equipped with large zebrafish housing systems hosting over 1,500 tanks and drug discovery equipment including fluid handling, bio-imager, microscopes, and behavioral assessment systems.
The facility provides services such as high-throughput drug screening, creation of transgenic and reporter lines, development and establishment of new disease models, and behavioral assessments.
We focus on neurological diseases, drugs of abuse, and cardiovascular diseases.
